Hey peeps. Yesterday while i was going home from my afternoon shift (i reached marine parade at 9.50pm), was so tired and was listening to some praise and worship music when suddenly out of nowhere, near my home, a blind old man appeared in my sight. I was thinking-should i just ignore him and go home and rest? But i did not feel good when i tried to walk away. So immediately i went to ask that guy where he was going. It turns out, he wanted to go to the bus stop but since he couldnt see, he was frantically searching and turning around trying to find some form of way to get there. As i guided him, i found out that he's actually the president of Singapore Association for the Visually Handicapped! I guess, if i just walked home and ignored him, who knows what may have happened to him and where he will end up! Also, if i just ignored him, i would never have known that he's the president of SAVH! Wow! I was wondering- is this by chance or what? I dont think so now. cos this verse has been repeating in my mind since yesterday morning: "The King will reply: "I tell you the truth: whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." Matthew 25:40. Coincidence? Nope. :)
